Based in their lively Liverpool Street office, you'll collaborate with a team of 40 professionals, focusing on the design and management of diverse construction projects. Working closely with a group of six, your responsibilities will include professional services like dilapidations, party wall matters, surveys, and TDD advice. You'll also lead projects ranging from roof refurbishments to classroom upgrades, residential designs, and CAT A + B fit-outs, with values from £500,000 to £3 million.
The ideal candidate is an MRICS-qualified building surveyor with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. You should bring consultancy or private practice expertise and a passion for generalist building surveying, capable of managing projects independently.
